Art Submission

Welcome to all talented artists! If you're interested in showcasing your artistic skills, feel free to submit your work to us. We are very pleased to feature your artwork in our Con Book.

Submission Guidelines

  1. The Con book will be in A5 size with a resolution of 300 dpi.
  2. Please submit your work in one of the following file formats: AI, PSD, PNG, JPG. If submitting in AI or PSD, please set the color mode to CMYK.
  3. Your artwork may be cropped or edited as necessary.
  4. All participants submitting artwork must register on the SiamPaws website to submit their image. You do not need to be an event attendee to participate.
  5. The submitted artwork must be created by the submitter or be part of the creative process.
  6. AI-generated images are not permitted under any circumstances.
  7. If your artwork is in Traditional Art form (e.g., drawn on paper, canvas, etc.), please ensure the quality and clarity of the artwork before submission.
  8. The artwork should align with the theme of SiamPaws, which this year is Siam Tropical. The team may reject your submission if it is deemed unrelated to the theme.
  9. Please provide the names of no more than 3 creators. If more than 3 creators were involved, kindly submit the name of your group instead.
  10. Your artwork must be SFW (Safe For Work) only.
  11. Selected artwork will be displayed at the event.
  12. Your artwork must not contain content related to violence, hatred, politics, or anything illegal.
  13. SiamPaws reserves the right to reject any submission without prior notice.
