Qualifications for Circle Applicants

  1. Applicants must be 18 years or older by the event date, not a legal entity of any kind, and be a SiamPaws attendee.
  2. Applications close on May 8, 2025. Once applications close, the SiamPaws team will review all submissions.
  3. Items that can be sold at SiamPaws must relate to anthropomorphic, furry, or kemono themes. The items must contain at least 50% of such content and/or feature a main character that is original work.
  4. Your application will be rejected if the team finds that the information is incomplete, the reasons are insufficient for consideration, if there is any intent to deceive, impersonate, and/or provide false information, or if you have a negative history, such as causing trouble or distress to others.
  5. The team will announce the list of 'Circle Rights Holders' on the Facebook Page and send details via email to the applicants. Please read all the information carefully and make payment within the specified time.
  6. In cases where applicants fail to pay the registration fee on time, the team will revoke their rights and randomly select reserve circle holders based on available spaces. Selected and paid shops cannot request refunds, resell, or transfer their rights to others.

CUTOUT

  1. You can use old images or create new ones, but they must be entirely original works created by you.
  2. Do not use images from others or official sources, including those generated by AI, Midjourney, Niji, Stable Diffusion, or others.
  3. The level of the image/text should not exceed PG-15 and avoid presenting images/text in a vague manner.

MENU

  1. There are no restrictions on the size and layout of product images.
  2. File formats submitted to the team must be .JPG or .PNG only.
  3. Limited to 1 item per circle.
  4. You can advertise works rated G (Guro) or R-18, but subject to possible censorship considerations.

Basic rules regarding submissions

  1. All works displayed, sold, or used in activities must be original creations. The style must be Anthro Furry Kemono, or if it includes Humans, the Anthro Furry Kemono element must be at least 50% of the content.
  2. The work must not be from a company, organization, or publisher registered as a business that uses copyrighted material in the work. If the work includes a logo or name of a company, organization, or publisher, it will not be allowed to be displayed or sold.
  3. Avoid designs that closely resemble official logos or products to reduce the risk of being disqualified for having too much similarity with official works.
  4. Works that include AI-generated elements, Midjourney, Niji, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools are not allowed for display or sale.
  5. Official, original, or fan-made works of others, including translated works, cannot be displayed, sold, or distributed, as it would be a copyright infringement.
  6. For parody items, trademarks must not be used, and items with political, religious, campaign messages or items that may cause societal conflict are not allowed. The team will evaluate these items.
  7. R-18 items must be clearly labeled with the rating, fully concealed, packaged in opaque packaging, and buyers must be reminded that R-18 items cannot be opened within the event.

Activities and events

  1. Public areas must not be used for activities without permission, such as roaming sales or handing out flyers. (However, distributing flyers at your own circle is allowed.)
  2. Please keep the noise at an appropriate level. Do not shout or use amplifying devices.
  3. Any activity must not negatively impact neighboring circles or the overall operation of the event.
  4. Examples of activities that can be done

    1. Meet-and-greet activities, such as autograph sessions.
    2. You can promote your social media channels and support methods by setting up signs and distributing business cards.
    3. Allow those who have pre-ordered to pick up their products at the event.
    4. Raffle activities (gacha or guchi) or mystery box/surprise envelope activities are allowed under the following rules:
    5. These activities are allowed if the following rules are followed:

      1. All raffle/mystery items must be created by the circle owner only.
      2. There must be a list of items shown to the buyers before the raffle/surprise drawing every time.

*Use of space and decoration of the circle*

  1. Please decorate, display, arrange items, and conduct all activities only within the designated space provided.
  2. Circles are not allowed to use any space other than their own, such as tables of circles not attending the event or public areas within the event venue and surrounding areas.
  3. Please be careful not to let your property and circle members encroach on neighboring circles' spaces or public areas.
  4. Applicants may decorate their circle freely, but accessories must be stable and secure, without posing a risk of harm to others, and within the space designated to them.
  5. **If the team finds that accessories are not stable enough and may pose a risk of accidents, they will be asked to remove them immediately.
  6. The circle must not do anything that causes damage to the venue and its property, such as plastering or sticking tape on floors, walls, tables, and chairs. If damage occurs, the applicant will be responsible for covering the actual cost of repairs.

Applicants can post images of their products and circles on their own social media, but please refrain from posting images that show the faces of neighboring circles or other attendees, as it invades their privacy.

  2. Please be punctual (register by 8:30 AM, set up the circle by 9:30 AM) and strictly follow the event rules.
  3. If you need assistance or encounter inappropriate or suspicious behavior, you can contact the SiamPaws staff nearby at any time.
  4. Video recording or live streaming is not allowed within the event area in any case, unless the circle wishes to promote their shop. Please only record within your own shop area.
  5. There should be at least one member stationed at the circle, and valuables should be kept on hand at all times in case you need to leave for personal matters. If you are unable to find someone to watch the circle, you can request help from the staff in the area (**limited to 10 minutes).
  6. If your shop cannot attend the event, please inform the staff at least 7 days before the event date.
  7. Circles that fail to fulfill their duties, such as not showing up, leaving the circle unattended, not selling products, or registering for other purposes, may have their applications rejected for the following year by the SiamPaws team.
  8. All of the above rules may be changed based on circumstances and the discretion of the team. The SiamPaws team reserves the right to change these rules without prior notice.
  9. The SiamPaws team's decision is final.
